“Sustainability isn’t just about the way we build. It is a state of mind.” Michelle Kaufmann
Yes yes yes. And thank you Michelle Kaufmann for such an inspiring comment.
I am a huge fan of Michelle Kaufmann. She is an architect in the United States who has championed energy efficient design. She has developed some off-the-peg designs which I absolutely love. She was one of the first people to show that an energy efficient or “eco” home doesn’t have to live in an igloo or a spaceship. You can live in a modern, spacious, very smart, and stylish building. In fact energy efficiency, comfort and style go hand in hand.
I particularly like Glidehouse. This design actually belongs to MKDesigns Michelle’s old company she sold to Blue Homes. I love the use of glass and wood and the way the interiors simple, smart, and practical.
Thank you Michelle for being an inspiration to us at Eco Vida. We are spreading the word.
