Eco Vida Homes was founded by John Wolfendale, a British Chartered Surveyor who built his professional life in Spain.

With more than 30 years of experience working within the Spanish property and construction sector — and earlier experience in the London commercial property market — John combines internationally recognised professional standards with deep local integration.

As a foreigner himself, John understands what it feels like to navigate:

a different legal system
a different business culture
a different language
a different attitude to risk
