Mediterranean Views from La Quinta Marbella

As so often happens the views are a key factor in a villa design. They really go to the heart of a lifestyle transformation (and indeed the value of the villa as an asset). In this case it was never more so because the villa to the South obscured the best views. So we actually hired a raised viewing platform during the design phase in order to define the very best height, position, angle and orientation of the villa so that, despite the neighbouring villa, our villa still enjoyed views of the Mediterranean.

Our clients wanted an open plan layout with lots of natural light and immediate access to the pool and shaded terrace.

We also love the zig-zag staircase that adds masses of character to the house.
