The house

This is a spectacular villa, classically designed and located in one of the most desirable locations in Marbella.

The villa has been completely gutted and modernised. The renovation included the garden, terraces and swimming pool with the introduction of an outside kitchen and pergola. All windows, woodwork and metalwork were replaced to improve aesthetics, and sound and thermal insulation.

To minimise the carbon footprint we introduced a heat exchange and heat recovery system to transfer the heat from where it is not needed to where it is for optimum comfort and energy efficiency: a VRV heat recovery system.

Result: a beautiful energy efficient villa designed for Mediterranean living.
