We took the existing villa, extended it substantially and put on an extra storey. The patio is remodelled with a new infinity pool to make the most of the site. There is a large open plan living kitchen dining room; 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms in all, a media room and study / office.
The quality of the finishes and the standard of workmanship are second to none.
The costs was very reasonable and, were they to sell, our clients would make a substantial profit.

Description
This stylish luxury home with spectacular views over the sea at Salobreña is a living testament to what can be achieved with thoughtful design, and attention to detail, at very reasonable cost. In addition to their dream home the owners now have an asset with a value well in excess of the money spent on the development.
The site is on the well known estate of Monte de los Almendros. There are magnificent views looking east over the town of Salobreña and the Mediterranean. We have made the most of the site to create a home that is stylish, functional, and reflects our client’s successful lifestyle.
The original house of some 140 sq metres has been incorporated into a large 6 bedroomed 468 sq metre villa on three stories making the most of the views, outside spaces and with many thoughtful design features.
There is an extensive open plan living space with a double height ceiling and large windows to the main views, the terrace and swimming pool. The inside blends seamlessly with the outside and shaded spaces for Mediterranean living. The swimming pool has an infinity effect to enhance the spectacular setting.
