The house is divided into two parts that are connected by the access which is dominated by an interior patio. The pool at the foot of the house refreshes the air on summer days in the same way as the fountains in the Arab palaces of southern Spain.

It is located at the entrance to the Sierra of Madrid to the North of the city.
