Here is the cost break down. These costs were the subject of a competitive tender in 2018. Our client’s timing was perfect. They managed to get the build quoted and the fixed price contract signed before the subsequent period of building costs inflation. Between 2018 and 2020 there was building cost inflation of between 30% and 40%.
