“Give us a home that feels like we are on holiday all the time”

Our clients are a modern professional couple and their daughter. Their objective was to transform their lifestyle, move out of their standard family home into one which would make them feel like they are on holiday all the time.

The location matched their dream a hill overlooking a sandy beach and a blanket of palm trees and the Mediterranean sea.

We were able to overcome the problems associated with a very steep slope. The structure was manufactured off site and assembled on site in a few weeks rather than many months at great expense.

They have lowered their carbon footprint through the careful use of adjustable shading slats and eaves that allow solar gains in the winter and prevent overheating in the summer.

As always our clients chose natural materials to soften the look and feel of the concrete and steel. You can see in the photos the heat-treated national birch wood which gives warmth to the interior.
Costs: The total cost was about 490,000€ including professional fees and taxes (excluding the land) and the size of the villa is 241.56 sq m.

The contract sum was 371,436.47€ for the main villa give a turnkey figure excluding taxes and fees of 1,537.66 euros per square metre. The pool and garden was 36,427.30 euros.
