A beautiful, elegant, villa and spa in El Herrojo Marbella

This is a superb location in the hills just behind Marbella with great views, a cool breeze and views across the Mediterranean.

When we first evaluated the plot we realised that it came with a covenant restricting the design to only one floor at street level. However, working with our clients we were able to create a lower mezzanine level that complied with the covenant and where we were able to locate the secondary bedrooms and the swimming pool. This liberated the entire ground floor for the living room, dining room kitchen, and, critically at the same level, the spa.

The entire project was completed in accordance with our client’s aims, budget, the planning and building regulations and the restrictive covenant.
