Repeating a villa we have already done is fast, simple, and less expensive than starting from scratch. All the design work and the working drawings and the decisions on the finishes and mechanical installations have already been done.

Why is it a nearly fixed price?
Its nearly fixed because some costs (like the strength of the foundations) will depend on the characteristics of the plot. Also costs may vary depending on the access, whether or not there is a slope, and how much needs spending on the garden and outside spaces.
Because our predesigned villas are repeats of villas we have already built its best if the land is similar to the original project especially in terms of orientation and gradient.
We have a simple due diligence process to remove the uncertainties.
The prices you see below are the prices for building the exact same villa described at todays (2024) prices.

- Completely finished (turnkey) house ready to move in to – for an easy life
- Outside terraces, swimming pool, garden, driveway front gate etc (this figure to be refined when we know the plot)
- Super Insulation (near Passive House specification) – to lower your energy bills

- Air Source Heat Pump – for energy efficiency
- Photovoltaic panels + battery + connection for an electric car – to lower your carbon footprint
