This project will be finished in February 2025 and it’s in Madrid where the climate is quite extreme so a passive house design is more important. It is a two storey, 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom, open plan kitchen dining / living area, near “passive house” family home, of 420 sq metres. There is also a study and games room, swimming pool and shaded outside terraces.
Fast Build
Although the original project is a reinforced concrete structure we can build it using a modern timber frame construction to make it faster and more sustainable.
Passive House
It’s a passive house design (without the certificate) so it’s warm in winter and cool in summer without burning money or fossil fuels.
External “SATE” insulation system. Energy Certificate “A”.
