These are the initial designs for a beautiful energy efficient villa designed for Mediterranean living.

The location is La Quinta, Benahavis. At the moment we are looking at 5 en-suite bedrooms and a study, with an open plan living sitting dining room overlooking the shaded terrace and swimming pool facing the views South East across the Mediterranean. It’s about 360 sq m plus basement.

I love the way the swimming pool sweeps away from the house and that also will allow natural light into the basement that might otherwise have been blocked had the pool been sideways onto the house. Our client bought two plots to have the space to do this and a good sized villa and garden.
