Contemporary Energy Efficient Villa in Elviria Marbella

SUMMER 2023 UPDATE

As you can see from the photographs this property is now finished. Its a modern contemporary design in the popular district of Elviria to the East of Marbella. Its a beautiful energy efficient villa designed for Medterranean living!

Here are some of the things that stand out for me: the chill out zones, outside shaded areas in front of the views and the pool and near the kitchen for dining al fresco. This really is about lifestyle, chilling out, enjoying the fresh sea air and relaxing in front of the views and enjoying the time spent with friends and family.

The seamless inside / outside spaces blend together to make one space. If its a little bit too hot or a little bit too cold you can close off the space and enjoy the fresh air at the right temperature inside (a benefit of the mechanical ventilation and heat exchanger) but you still feel like you are outside and connected to the outside.

ORIGINAL DETAILS SUMMER 2023 UPDATE

This is a project in Elviria for a modern energy efficient villa. It is 262.45 sq m + basement. The ground floor has an open plan living kitchen dining room facing the shaded terrace and the pool and the views. There is an office, laundry room and store. On the first floor are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Above that is a one bedroom self- contained apartment.

Our client is the daughter of our client who built the NZEB in Las Chapas so it’s pleasing to know they are trusting us once again to do Design and Build they’re project.

In fact they bought the plot with the building licence already in place so the original building design wasn’t done by use. We have made quite a few changes within the parameters of the building licence and these images are ours. We find it helps enormously in choosing the finishes and modifying the design to have our own images.

All being well work will begin in site in the autumn of 2020.
