Eco Vida Homes was founded by John Wolfendale, a British Chartered Surveyor who built his professional life in Spain.

With over 30 years of experience operating within the Spanish property and construction market — and earlier experience in the London commercial property sector — John combines international professional standards with deep local integration.

As a foreigner himself, John understands what it feels like to navigate:
